This notice describes information collected by the inc.club website and its enquiry and membership-request services. Before commercial launch, BudgetCity should review this notice with its legal and privacy advisers for applicable jurisdictions and publish any required additional disclosures.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, organization or preferred identity, subject of interest, and your message. We record when you accepted our contact-processing notice and separately whether you opted into promotional email. We store an anonymous abuse-control rate bucket derived from a keyed hash of the request IP address; the original IP is not stored in the D1 lead record. Cloudflare may process additional technical data as its security and hosting provider.
For authorized member accounts we store the email used for Cloudflare Access sign-in, a display name, organization name, portal status, and requests you submit. We do not ask you to enter passwords, API keys or identity documents in these forms.
Purposes and disclosure
We process the information to respond to you, manage membership enquiries and service requests, administer the name registry and secure the service. Promotional messages require separate express consent. We use Cloudflare as an infrastructure provider. Where enabled, we may transfer lead records into our privately operated EspoCRM system for follow-up. We do not sell customer information to advertisers.
Retention
Enquiry messages are scheduled for deletion after 24 months. Lead contacts without marketing opt-in are scheduled for deletion after 24 months without a new enquiry; contacts who expressly opted in are retained until consent withdrawal, deletion or another documented retention limit. Relevant statutory obligations or disputes may require different retention. Audit records are periodically purged. CRM records may have separate retention rules and must be handled separately after export or synchronization.
Your choices and rights
Contact contact@inc.club to request access, correction, withdrawal of marketing consent or deletion, as applicable. We verify the requester's authorization before altering a record. You can contact us without opting into marketing.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit using HTTPS, Cloudflare Access secures private areas, and the database uses provider-managed encryption at rest. No service can guarantee perfect security; do not submit passwords, banking information or sensitive identifiers in the general enquiry form.
